Utah's CHIP Program
Website for Utah Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), a state health insurance program for children under age 19 who
do not have health insurance or qualify for Medicaid. Some of the benefits of Utah CHIP include coverage for immunizations
and prescriptions.

Salt Lake County Parks and Recreation Adaptive Programs
Adaptive recreation programs designed for individuals with special needs, however, everyone is welcome to participate in any
program or class. This site lists socialization activities, classes, sports, and other adaptive programs in the Salt Lake
Valley.

Utah Parent Center
A nonprofit organization that provides training, information, referral, and assistance to parents of children and youth with
all disabilities including physical, mental, hearing, vision, learning, behavioral, and emotional. Staff consists primarily
of parents of children and youth with disabilities.
Find Your Parent Center
Parent Centers provide education and referrals for families with a child who has a disability, as well as the professionals
who work with them. There are almost 100 Parent Training and Information Centers (PTIs) and Community Parent Resource Centers
(CPRCs) in the US states and Territories; Center for Parent Information & Resources.
