Children ages 17 and under and their family members who are involved in an investigation of child abuse and are not the alleged offender. Adult victims with disabilities are also served.
Services Provided:

Provides coordinated services for children and their families during the investigative process of child abuse reports, including: crisis intervention, forensic interviews in child-friendly interview rooms, trained interviewers, specialized medical exams via Primary Children's Medical Center staff housed on-site at West Jordan location, and advocacy services.

Provides programs and support services to keep children safe and strengthens families through prevention, child protective services, in-home services, and out-of-home care. Utah law requires any person who has reason to believe that a child has been subjected to abuse, neglect, or dependency to report it to DCFS or a law enforcement agency. If a child is in immediate danger call 911. Any person suspecting child abuse or neglect, call the Division of Child and Family Services 24-hour intake line.
