1. Supportive Services Program - ambulatory care, dental care, transportation services, case management, mental health services, substance abuse services, outreach services, and home health care.
2. ADAP (AIDS Drug Assistance Program) - helps eligible individuals pay for all or part of their HIV medications.
3. Health Insurance Continuation Program (COBRA) - can pay for COBRA payments for eligible individuals.

Provides the following family services:

• Family TIES:  Participants of Family TIES meet quarterly to provide a chance for parents of children with disabilities to network one another.  
• Respitality:  Families benefit from the generosity of hotels and restaurants that provide free accommodations and a meal for two, during a 24-hour getaway.  During this time, FFI offers care for the family member with a disability and any siblings within the home.
• Information and Referral: FFI provides information and referral services to people who want to connect with services within the community or state.  FFI also has a library of reference material (written and video) for those who need more information about cerebral palsy and related topics.
• Equipment Purchase Assistance: This program provides coordination of funding and financial assistance to purchase needed equipment and services, such as wheelchairs, communication devices and adapted bikes. 

Works to improve the quality of life for individuals living with a rare disease, or undiagnosed genetic defects. ONLY those with these issues are eligible. Assist those qualifying individuals with medically related expenses, non-medically necessary equipment, and educational, moral, and social support. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT ONLY THOSE WITH A RARE OR UNDIAGNOSED GENETIC DEFECT ARE ELIGIBLE. Offers a charitable care program for patients who qualify for assistance. The Foundation may subsidize the cost of healthcare services in full or at a discount.

Healthcare services may include procedures, medications and/or equipment determined to be valuable and/or necessary to meet a patient’s medical needs.

The Osteogenesis Imperfecta Clinic is a quarterly, multispecialty clinic for children with OI or undiagnosed bone fragility disorders. Health care providers from orthopaedics, PT/OT, EOS radiology, social work, care management, nutrition, genetics and developmental pediatrics are each represented to assess and evaluate patients.

Clinics allow for patient families to benefit from the variety of experts, and are an opportunity for families to come together and network with other families dealing with similar challenges.

Quarterly clinic.

Provides financial support and hope to families affected by childhood cancer. Hosts a yearly run and partners with local organizations and businesses to raise money for families fighting childhood cancer. 

Help each family cope with life during childhood cancer treatments and rebuild their lives after cancer

Connector Service assists patients and families with scheduling and support services, including home visits by a registered nurse. Three or more chronic illnesses, such as: cerebral palsy, neurologic impairments, feeding issues, or vision/hearing impairment. A multi-disciplinary team assists children who have multiple, complex chronic illnesses. Interventions, including home visitation, help support the family so children can grow healthy in their home environments. Facilitating communication among providers is an essential objective. Assists children with hearing loss to achieve improved communication. Provides financial assistance for hearing aids, enclosed caption converters for television, tactile units, FM units (into which a hearing aid is plugged for amplification), computers to assist deaf children in communicating, etc.

Provides funding to individual children with health-related needs when insurance and other financial resources have been exhausted. Supports several mission-based programs designed to make a difference in the lives of individuals in our own community and around the world.

Provides flights for cancer patients and bone marrow donors and recipients that are traveling to and from nationally recognized cancer treatment centers within the United States and Canada.

Provides, information and support for parenteral nutrition consumers (HPN or home IV-fed patients) to improve their health and quality of life. Also offers a national list of Donated Equipment and Supplies and virtual support groups.

Provides long term care and a better quality of life for children with cancer and children in need, their families and communities, through financial assistance, education, medical support, therapeutic play and outreach care programs.

Services Include:

Provides assistance with Durable Medical Equipment including wheelchairs. Inpatient and outpatient services for children with neuromuscular conditions, burn injuries and other specialized health care needs. Serves children in the United States (including Puerto Rico), Canada, and Mexico. 19 locations in the US.

Assists families of children with medical and financial needs; may assist financially with funeral expenses. The Foundation may distribute, per fiscal quarter, up to $10,000 in total to selected applicants who meet the requirements of the application and funding process. Priorities for funding distribution are as follows and are in no particular order: Medical, dental, vision services; medical equipment; imminent housing needs; rehabilitation services.

Processing time for funding requests is approximately 2-3 weeks.

Assists patients during their transplant journey with fundraising and financial support.

Provides assistance programs to help patients obtain life-saving or life-sustaining medication they could not otherwise afford. Programs provide medication, financial assistance with insurance premiums and co-pays, diagnostic testing assistance, and travel assistance for clinical trials.

Miracle-Ear® is committed to helping underserved people with hearing loss and giving them the gift of sound. Committed to excellent products, follow-up care and service.

Provides new high quality hearing aids. Each person receives: two hearing aids, custom ear molds and one year limited service. After an application fee (see Tier I and II on website) the only expenses are the cost of the hearing evaluation and batteries. These costs are not paid to HAH.

Provides advanced hearing technology and services to individuals with hearing loss.

A public service program of the American Academy of Ophthalmology providing eye care through volunteer ophthalmologists (Eye M.D.) at no cost to those who qualify. A comprehensive medical eye exam is provided and care for anything diagnosed at the initial visit for up to one year at no out-of-pocket cost for the physician's services.COVID-19 UPDATE: Providing urgent care related to the pandemic at this time and temporarily unable to provide new referrals for programs.
