A non-profit organization that finds, trains, and supports Utah families who are willing and able to provide a nurturing home for children who have been neglected or abused. Offering foster parent/ family recruitment and adoption/ foster/ kinship care support groups. There are seven offices located in five regions that operate under a contract with the Utah Division of Child & Family Services (DCFS).COVID-19 UPDATE: Following all CDC and state guidelines; many offices are operating remotely, and classes/groups are held via Zoom. 1. Child welfare services - protective services, foster care and adoptions.
2. Family services - family, marriage and child counseling, parenting groups, day care placement, supervision and follow through.
3. Family Preservation Unit - services for families who have experienced some difficulties related to abuse or neglect, but for whom removal of the child from the home is not necessary.

6. Independent Living Program (ILP) - a program for teens from age 16 to 18 who will not be returning to their natural home. Teaches youth to function independently and transition successfully from foster care into adulthood. Teen must currently be in the custody of the state such as foster care.

All child abuse and/or neglect referrals for the state are now processed through our Centralized Intake office in Magna, where staff are available 24/7 to take referrals. For email referrals there could be up to a week's turn-around time.

A program to ensure ongoing medical, dental and mental health services are provided for children in Division of Child and Family Services (DCFS) custody. This is done by maximizing quality and timeliness of health care services for the children and ensuring access to providers.

Nurses and staff from the Utah Department of Health are co-located in offices with caseworkers from DCFS. They work in partnership to coordinate the foster child's health care while in custody.

Provides mental health counseling, foster/proctor homes, independent living homes, and youth mentoring services for youth who are in state care. Also offers outpatient mental health counseling services to adults, youth, and families, as well as Evidence-based program models for prevention including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Casey Life Skills: Free practice tool and framework for working with youth in foster care. It assesses independent living skills and provides results instantly. Intended to be done between a youth and their social worker, case manger, or other mentor.
• Direct Services: Operates nine field offices in five states (Arizona, California, Idaho, Texas, and Washington) that provide direct services to urban, suburban, and rural communities.
