A community based program which assists individuals with disabilities to achieve or maintain self-sufficient, productive lives and live independently within their own communities. Programs include: help in attaining assistive technology; training for those losing their sight; caregiver and grief support groups; PAWS Animal Therapy Program; SCOODEO - a safety training program for those who have no other means of transportation than an electric scooter; PERKIE Travels - a coordinated cancer treatment transportation system to help get people to the Utah Valley area for their radiation treatment; nursing home diversion and transition programs and other programs.

Provides curb-to-curb transportation persons with disabilities and seniors.

Services about 65 square miles in the cities of Bluffdale, Draper, Herriman, Riverton and South Jordan. Within Salt Lake City, services the neighborhoods of Rose Park, Fairpark, Poplar Grove, and Glendale.

Provides on demand shared ride services to other public transportation hubs or local community destinations. Download and request rides through Via app or call 385-217-8191. Regular one-way fare is $2.50 and can be paid via credit card or with UTA tickets. Riders may request wheelchair accessible transport. Individuals living with a disability travel at a discounted rate of $1.25 per ride.
