A state operated Intermediate Care Facility, providing an array of resources and supports. Therapeutic, clinical and specialty services. Provides 24-hour-per-day services as well as a day program. Limited in-home respite services. 95% of the USDC is an adult population. The majority reside in our residential buildings. Clients each live in an apartment with four to six others. With staff help, they shop for groceries, cook their meals, and clean their living areas. Therapies include: speech services, nursing services, physical therapy, recreation services.
