Low income in need of vehicle repair for emissions. Require a completed application and supporting documentation.

Depending on the age and overall condition of a vehicle failing the emissions test, low-income vehicle owners may qualify for vehicle repair assistance.

Priority is given to those without DME coverage.

Services in Logan, Brigham City, Syracuse, Roy, Centerville, West Valley, West Jordan, Riverton, American Fork and other areas upon request.

Supports families and caregivers of special needs children by providing medical supplies, support programs, disability friendly events and a large online support forum. Medical supplies and/or equipment are available at little to no cost. 

Services Include:

• Medical Supply Exchange- supplies/equipment (including infant formula) available at little to no cost.
• Stuff the Stocking Fund
• Transportation Assistance Program- families who live outside of the UTA transit area may apply to receive up to $50 per year in gift card form. 

If requested items are not in stock, callers will be added to a waitlist for when that item is donated.

Families can donate any healthcare-related item, except for prescription medications, when their child no longer needs it or has outgrown it. 

Serves Utah County

Provides timely and reliable curb-to-curb transportation services that connect individuals and families in need with essential services that include employment, education, healthcare, entertainment, family and friends.

Below are some examples of typical passenger requirements. These are not all inclusive and may vary by organization.

• Being medically stable
• Not requiring medical care during the flight
• Ability to enter and exit a small aircraft with minimal assistance (in some cases this means climbing steps or onto the wing of an aircraft)
• Ability to sit upright in a seat with seat belt fastened for the entire flight
• A verifiable medical need or other compelling need for travel. Most VPOs will request a medical release from the patient’s physician.
• A financial need or other compelling circumstances. This will be determined by the organization, often on a case-by-case basis.

People with facial differences and their families

Addresses the medical, financial, psychosocial, emotional, and educational concerns relating to craniofacial conditions. Annual Family Retreat & Educational Symposium is held each June to provide an opportunity to interact with others who have endured similar experiences.

Receiving treatment from nationally recognized cancer treatment facility.

Provides flights for cancer patients and bone marrow donors and recipients that are traveling to and from nationally recognized cancer treatment centers within the United States and Canada.

Persons with a rare disease and in financial need.

Provides assistance programs to help patients obtain life-saving or life-sustaining medication they could not otherwise afford. Programs provide medication, financial assistance with insurance premiums and co-pays, diagnostic testing assistance, and travel assistance for clinical trials.

Assists individuals/families in the event of an emergency/crisis situation by providing financial assistance for air travel as well as hotel accommodations and rental car if deemed necessary.

Available in all markets that have Uber.

Helps patients suffering from chronic medical conditions who have limited financial means get access to the medications they need, pay insurance co-pays, transportation, premiums, and find the insurance coverage that's right for them.

Children and adults with serious medical conditions.

Provides free, non-emergency air travel for children and adults with serious medical conditions and other compelling needs. Services are available throughout the 13 western states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Southwest Airlines provides complimentary, roundtrip tickets to nonprofit hospitals and medical transportation organizations to distribute the tickets to patients and/or caregivers. The grant program partners with nonprofit hospitals and organizations. Each hospital has its own guidelines for administration of these tickets.
