The Cleft Palate / Craniofacial clinic provides comprehensive care bringing specialists together from plastic surgery, ENT, orthodontics, neurosurgery, anesthesia and many other specialties.

Located in the Eccles Outpatient Center, check in 1st floor, 2nd floor clinic. Clinic hours M - F 8 - 4:30, surgery Mondays.
