Referral by PCP required, infants and youth under age of 18.
Services Provided:

Offers comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and outpatient management for most neurological disorders, the most common being seizures, headache, and neuromuscular. Provides EEG and EMG testing.

Referral patients with chronic headache, concern for migraine
Services Provided:

Provides specialized, integrated care working to treat children and adolescents with headaches (Drs. Bale, Candee, and Kerr).

Multidisciplinary approach takes the entire patient into consideration, with specialized social, integrative medicine, ophthalmological, psychiatric, and neurological care.
