Statewide authority for substance abuse and mental health services. Overseas prevention efforts, school health, suicide prevention, and family resources programming through local substance abuse authorities, local mental health authorities and Utah State Hospital.

• Live On- a statewide effort to prevent suicide by promoting education, providing resources, and changing our culture around suicide and mental health.
• myStrength- an online tool to help those with stress, anxiety, chronic pain, and more live their best life.
• Healthy Minds Utah- free, confidential, anonymous online screening, with access to resources.
