Eligibility:

All patients welcome, accept most forms of insurance, Medicaid and CHIP. For uninsured or underinsured, we offer a sliding scale discount based on income. Residents of Salt Lake County.

Services Provided:

Offers a wide range of services including general pediatrics with a focus on children with special health care needs, adolescent health, family medicine, family planning services, an obstetrics/gynecology (Ob/Gyn) clinic and a Teen Mother and Child Program to help promote health during pregnancy.

Other Services in the Building: Holy Cross Ministries, Medicaid Eligibility workers, WIC, Byington Reading Room-Library, Financial Counselors, Mental Health services, High Risk Perinatal, Family Planning, Promotores(as) and Foster Health Care Program.
